In order to maintain the highest possible standards of good behavior, the Club expects both its swimmers and their supporters to abide by a series of rules.
Details of these are set out in the Club's Code of Conduct for Swimmers as well as a Code of Conduct for Spectators.
The Celtic Dolphins Swimming Club is formally affiliated with national swimming body Swim Wales. As such it abides by the constitution set by Swim Wales together with all the policies and procedures that have been developed for the safety and enjoyment of swimmers and spectators across Wales.
Given the high profile nature of bullying and the negative effect this can have on an individual, it is critical that decisive action is taken by Club officials if and when such issues become known.
Bullying, whether it be emotional or physical, is not tolerated within the Celtic Dolpins Swimming Club and the appropriate measures developed by the Club in line with Swim Wales guidance will be promply applied.
Swim Wales' Anti Bullying Policy can also be found HERE.
The Club adheres to Swim Wales' Child Safeguarding Policies and Procedures which were launched by Swim Wales at their annual conference in 2017. Details of which can be found HERE.
