Last year was the first year that we run a Members Survey and the results that were submitted were incredibly helpful and used to shape the key required actions for the forthcoming year. Click HERE for more details.

how we are doing?

Comments on the standards of coaching, the facilities at Pontardawe Pool, the quality of the Club meets and communications with Members together with value for money and our social events are among the key areas that the Club is interested in receiving feedback on.  

If you or your child is a Member of the Swimming Club or  you are involved or have an interest in the Club in some way, please spare just 5 minutes to complete  the questionnaire found HERE.

Your views will be treated in confidence and in line with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and used to shape the future direction of the Club.

SURVEY RETURNS:
​Please either print out and place your completed questionnaire in the grey post-box at Pontardawe Pool or save it to your PC, complete it electronically and email it to celticdolphins@hotmail.co.uk no later than Friday 31st August 2018.

The results for 2018 will be first time that we will be able to compare the feedback year and year so its really important that as many Members as possible contribnute their views.
